Quality Assurance

As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Federation Training also complies with the Standards for NVR Registered Training Organisations 2014 (the Standards), the national set of standards. These standards ensure consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for clients within the vocational education and training system.

Only RTOs are authorised to deliver and assess nationally recognised vocational training and issue nationally recognised vocational qualifications. Our management team is committed to establishing a quality policy, the setting and reviewing of quality objectives, and in conjunction with the organisations Strategic Plan endorses the following quality statements:

  • Federation Training will be responsive, flexible and innovative in meeting client needs.
  • Federation Training is committed to business excellence principles and continual improvement of products and services.
  • Federation Training is committed to ensuring that the skills and knowledge of staff are current and relevant.
  • Federation Training is committed to, and will review, documentation, activities and priorities.
  • Federation Training will identify and manage Institute risk.
RTO registration focuses heavily on teaching and learning outcomes, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. By building these aspects into Federation Training's QA policies and procedures we have created a strong and sustainable business to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders. Maintaining registration provides clients and stakeholders with additional confidence that Federation Training will continue to deliver consistent, high quality products and services.
