Addressing the Key Selection Criteria
Federation Training places significant emphasis on the Position Description and Key Selection Criteria (KSC). Shortlisting will be based on the relevance of information in your application to the KSC detailed in the relevant position description. Applicants must demonstrate a clear connection to each of the KSC with statements that describe relevant experience, knowledge and skills.
Please note the following:
- Applicants must download the KSC Word document, complete their responses in the Word document and upload this with their online application
- It is not sufficient to state ‘refer to my resume’
- Applications which have not adequately addressed the KSC detailed in the position description risk not being considered for the advertised vacancy
