As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Federation Training complies with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015 (the Standards). The Standards ensure consistent, high-quality training and assessment services for clients within the vocational education and training system.
Only RTOs are authorised to deliver and assess nationally recognised vocational training and issue nationally recognised vocational qualifications. RTO registration focuses heavily on teaching and learning outcomes, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. By building these aspects into Federation Training policies and procedures we have created a strong and sustainable business to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
In 2015 Federation Training successfully applied to be re-registered as an RTO. The Institute had its registration renewed for a 7 year term, with an expiry date of 30 June 2022. The final audit report from the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) can be found here.
Maintaining registration provides clients and stakeholders with additional confidence that Federation Training will continue to deliver consistent, high quality products and services.
Our management team is committed to continuous improvement, the setting and reviewing of quality objectives and the implementation of our Strategic Plan 2016-18 – Growing Skills, Creating Futures:
