Phil has 20 years experience in an extensive range of management roles within GippsTAFE, and significant industry experience in the broader energy field, sports administration and also in the finance sector.

Phil has a Bachelor of Business, a Diploma in Frontline Management, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Management. He has a detailed exposure and understanding of all GippsTAFE commercial activity and major business relationships and client base of each GippsTAFE Campus.

Phil is focussed on delivering exceptional client service and understanding, with community, industry, schools and Government stakeholders being some of his major priorities. He is committed to relationship building with business partners.

Giselle brings over 15 years of experience in the education and training sector to her role. This experience includes management and leadership of a private Registered Training Organisation, AQTF compliance and project management.

Giselle is based at the GippsTAFE Academy (Traralgon). She has extensive experience in the area of client relationship management, event management, implementation of policies and procedures and business administration.

Current qualifications include Graduate Certificate in Leadership, Diploma of Frontline Management and units from Management Systems Auditing.

Maxine D

Maxine brings over 19 years of experience in the education and training sector to her role. This experience includes the management of the GippsTAFE campus at Chadstone for five (5) years where she worked closely with the energy sector nationally to provide training solutions and increase commercial activity.

Maxine has extensive experience in the area of client relationship management and has represented GippsTAFE on numerous State and National industry committees associated with the energy and telecommunications sector.

Building solid, ongoing relationships with her clients, Maxine is focused on ensuring GippsTAFE will continue to be a training partner of choice into the future.

Current qualifications include Diploma in Business Management, Diploma in Sustainability (3 units) and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership for Educational Managers.

Paulette Ware

Paulette has over 16 years experience working in the vocational education and training sector within the capacity of business development and previously owned her own fashion retail business for 8 years. Her experience also includes 3 years in the role of Senior Field Consultant and Team Leader with a large Australian Apprenticeship Centre.

Over the past 6 ½ years at GippsTAFE, Paulette has been heavily involved in securing commercial business arrangements with local business and industry. Paulette has vast experience and knowledge in developing and providing skill development programs within the traditional trades sector and corporate business establishing training services that meet the direct needs of the workforce and workplace.
She has worked with professional organizations and clients within the private sector, the Power Generators, Energy industries, Utilities, Local Government, Industry skill Councils as well state and federal government bodies.

Currently, Paulette is working on all Commercial programs within the Health Sector. To address the immediate and future needs of this fast growing industry, she is establishing networks and strong relationships with key stakeholders from Government organizations industry groups and private enterprise within Aged care, Nursing, Disability, Home and Community Care, Allied Health, Community Services, Mental Health, Fitness and Massage. 

Her focus is to build relationships with her clients, to collaborate and create partnerships in the essence of providing exceptional service and quality training for all areas of skill development in both mandatory and specialized training programs within this sector.

Vanessa has over 15 years experience with GippsTAFE.  After teaching across a number of departments, Vanessa moved to the Innovation Department as a Flexible Learning Project Officer.  Vanessa provided support, mentoring and advice to teaching departments and commercial clients to incorporate more flexible learning strategies into their delivery of programs to better meet the needs of their students and clients. 

Currently Vanessa is managing all GippsTAFE’s International Business projects and a number of commercial clients with an e-learning focus.  Her background enables her to focus on innovative learning solutions for the off-shore and e-learning clients.

Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Education degree and has successfully completed a Leadership Development Program for Education & Training Managers.

Brendon is based at the Energy and Telecommunications Faculty at the Chadstone Campus. Brendon has over 20 years industry experience in the Telecommunications industry, having held positions in Sales and Marketing for major Telco organisations, including Senior Account Director  and Business Development Manager roles.

Brendon is very customer focussed and responsive to client requests. He is committed to developing and maintain customer relationships with GippsTAFE major utility stakeholders.

Ashley is an experienced small business owner with over five years of experience as a leader in landscape design and construction.
He has a firm understanding of both the Automotive and Construction industries and experience in automotive sales, forklift and boom lift operation, dogging and rigging.
Ashley spent a number of years working internationally in Canada and the United Kingdom before returning to the Latrobe Valley with his young family. His interest in and commitment to the advancement of regional business brings him to this role.
With a broad scope of experience across his working life, Ashley employs a strong knowledge base, client focus and creative approach to ensuring tailored training solutions for your business.

Adam brings over 20 years of experience working with SMEs and National Retailers in the FMCG sector where he has represented some of Australia’s best known brands and products.  His extensive experience encompasses business development, key account management, sales and marketing, commercial analysis and strategic planning, resource management, training and logistics.
Adam is based at our GippsTAFE Yallourn campus where he is primarily responsible for High Risk Licencing, Traditional Trades, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business management.  He is focussed on building partnerships with industry groups and private enterprise to facilitate workforce capability and development across manufacturing and construction, environment, Power and Energy generation, and Local Government.
