Course Overview

Cranes work in a variety of settings where heavy loads are moved and transported.     Manufacturing plants, construction sites, mines and maritime ports employ crane operators, making this a useful qualification for people who want to work across a number of industries.

In this course you will develop the competencies necessary for safe work performance in crane operation activities.     You can learn how to conduct pre-operational checks, site/job planning, setting up the crane, shut down procedures and special operations to enable you to conduct  crane work to industry standards.

Qualifications and Recognition

Entry Requirements
