Course Overview

This course gives you the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response and life support at an incident. You will also learn how to manage the incident, casualties and other first aiders until the arrival of medical assistance.

Option 1 (not offered at Bairnsdale or Lakes Entrance):

PART ONLINE, PART IN CLASS : If you have never done First Aid before OR your certificate has expired, enrol and pay to gain access to the online theory component of First Aid and complete at your own leisure. There are 14 tiles to work your way through and a final assessment quiz. This will take approximately 4 - 6 hours. Once completed and passed you will then complete either:

  • 1 full day 9.00am-5.00pm of Practical Assessment with one of our qualified First Aid trainers.
  • 2 evenings 6.00pm – 10.00pm of Practical Assessment with one of our qualified First Aid trainers.

Option 1 is ideal for industry clients and those confident with online learning.

2x 8 HOUR DAYS: Enrol and pay for 2 Full Days 9.00am-5.00pm – This option is designed for those that aren’t confident with completing the online theory component in their own time.
