Course Overview

Scaffolder's work across three levels (Basic, Intermediate and Advanced) in construction sites, mines and maritime ports. A scaffolding licence is mandatory when carrying out scaffolding work on any work site in Victoria.

Basic Scaffolding is the first step towards a career as a Scaffolder. Basic Scaffolding will teach the participant how to plan, prepare, erect, alter, maintain and dismantle scaffolding for building sites and other settings.

Qualifications and Recognition

Upon successful completion of this course participants will be eligible to be assessed for a National Certificate of Competency.
