Course Overview

This course is for anyone who works in the electrical industry. This training meets the annual retraining requirements as outlined in the "Code of Practice on Electrical Safety for Work on or near High Voltage Electrical Apparatus (The Blue Book) 2005" and Electrical Safety rules for the VESI Distribution Network (The Green Book) 2013.

What you will learn
In this course you will learn to:

  • Assess accident or illness situations and take appropriate action
  • Administer cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • Manage a collapsed casualty
  • Report an incident
  • Use an Automated External Defibrilator
  • Incident reporting
