This unit covers the competency required to implement a traffic management plans in the civil construction industry. It includes: planning and preparing; setting out, monitoring and closing down the traffic guidance scheme; and cleaning up. It also covers controlling of traffic with a stop-slow bat in resources and infrastructure industries. It includes: planning and preparing; coordinating traffic; operating radios; and cleaning up.
