Hospitality is a people-oriented industry where you will have the opportunity to build an interesting and varied career in diverse workplaces from small cafes to five star resorts.
In this course, you will gain the practical skills needed to work in a Commercial Kitchen. You will learn food preparation and presentation as well as some basic cooking methods.

All students will be required to have full chef's whites and checks, complete with protective footwear, a knife kit and textbooks. The hospitality department can be contacted for advice on obtaining these.
