If your business prepares and sells food, this course can enhance your existing food handling procedures to ensure you maintain the highest standard of hygienic preparation for your customers. The completion of this module complies with government regulations based on Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles of Food Safety Plan or Systems.

When booking please state that you require the certificate for the Hospitality Industry accreditation.

If you require certification for the Health and Aged Care accreditation you need to book into Apply and Monitor Safety Practices .
