The Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) is a senior secondary certificate of education recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). It is designed to be completed over a minimum of two years, and includes general education curriculum components (VCE studies) and programs from Vocational Education and Training (VET) qualifications.
Times5 Days per week between 9am -2.45pm
Qualifications and RecognitionUpon successful completion of this course students will be eligible to receive the Victorian Certificate of Education.
This qualification will assist you to continue with further study at TAFE or university as well as enhance your employment prospects in many industries.

Participants will need access to a computer and an Internet connection. Students will need a headset with a microphone to participate in webinars.
Specialist Course Information
Units successfully completed during prior VCE of VCAL enrolments may be credited towards the certificate. Students who have previously completed VET courses at Certificate II level or higher may also apply for credit towards their VCE certificate, however these certificates will not contribute to an ATAR score. Students may also complete VET courses at Certificate II level or higher at the same time as their VCE. The VET course will contribute towards VCE units and some Scored VET courses also contribute to an ATAR score. On completion of both courses the student will receive both the VET certificate and the VCE certificate. Students may also be able to enrol in units that will enable them to finish their VCAL certificate.
Applications for credit are made to the VCAA, through the VCE department.

Recognition of Prior LearningRPL is not available for VCE courses. Credit may be obtained for some Certificate II and above courses through application to the VCAA, contact the VCE Co-ordinator if this applies to you.
